Vincent was Firefighter in New York City 1994-2014 and after the tragic events of September 11, 2001 and losing 343 brother firefighters, 10 of them from his fire station in Manhattan including his close friend Rob Parro of Levittown, NY retired and dedicated his life to his friends he lost but more importantly to the friend he found from this tragedy.
The song “Septembers Friends” can be seen on You tube at
Vincent also took a poem written by his father in 1957 and turned it into a children’s book and ” Firefighter Charlie” was born.
Vincent continues to write music and has expanded his collection of “Firefighter Charlie” both of which are available to purchase on this site.
Vincent has been on Radio and excerpts of those can be heard by clicking the link below.
In addition to keeping the heroism of September 11, 2001 alive and celebrating those heroes who gave their all that day, those who still today suffer from the effects, Vincent calls on his faith to create books and music that he says is inspired by his September Friend.
